Nicky Hilton hit the red carpet at the FNAAs wearing Aquazzura’s popular ‘Bow Tie’ stiletto pumps, a favorite of Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle.
The sleek yet whimsical heels have been worn by a number of celebrities, including Ellie Goulding, Keke Palmer, Olivia Wilde, and Florence Pugh. The pointed style is defined by sultry cut-out sides and a dainty knotted bow at the back.
Offered in various colors, prints, and materials, they also come in different heights ranging from kitten heels to sky-high stilettos. Hilton opted for a velvety black version resting on a skinny 4.1-inch heel.

The rest of Hilton’s glamorous look included a black embellished minidress featuring rhinestone-trimmed bows adorning the cut-out bodice and bow-inspired butterflies made of sparkling silver sequins. The sleeveless dress from Rebecca Vallance’s Holiday 2024 collection also featured a pleated skirt. She tied things together with an oversized black velvet bow in her hair, pearl earrings, and a black clutch.
Hilton actually co-designed a line of festive dresses with Vallance. A cocktail party celebrating the launch of the partnership was held at the Bel Air residence of Rick and Kathy Hilton in October.
Nicky Hilton has been in the footwear industry through her collaboration with French Sole, and Nicky, Paris, and Kathy Hilton were recipients of the Icon Award at the Footwear News Achievement Awards in 2021.
